We are targeting a shelf life of 12 months at ambient (room) temperature. Final shelf life figures will be confirmed once formulation and production trials are complete.

ProteinChai is designed to be stored at room temperature without refrigeration - a key advantage of the UHT aseptic carton format. We recommend chilling before serving for best taste. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
